Casting aluminum alloy is mainly used in the fields of mechanism, construction, decoration, electronic, automobile and transportation industries, etc. The production capacity of casting aluminum alloy of our company can reach 135,000 Metric Tons per year, mainly are A356.2 aluminum alloy bars in which the segregation of Si is less than 0.2%, superior to the average segregation of 0.3-0.5% of the same industry; degree of pinhole is 1 which is the highest grade according to JB/T7946.3-1999" Metallograph of Cast Aluminum Alloys Cast Aluminum Alloy- Pinhole" standard.

We possess two set of Novelis PAE SA (French) 2350mm wide in width high speed continuous casting machine and four sets of 1900mm, three sets of 1400mm continuous casting machine. One set of 2300mm 6-roller CVC cold rolling mill and one set of 1450mm cold rolling mill. Present product capacity is 100,000 metric tons. There among, the high accuracy 2300mm 6-roller CVC cold rolling mill of SMS GERMAN, continuous casting machine of French Novelis PEA SAS and Slitting Line & Tension Level Line produced by American Herr-Voss Stamco are most advanced equipment in the world, which can produce various specifications of high quality of blank of foil, high grade constructive aluminum curtain wall sheet, blank of presensitized plate, strip and sheet of Aluminum Composite Panels and other alloy sheets. They are widely used in construction, packing, printing, appliances manufacture industries and special products made to order by clients as well.

Electric aluminum wire rod is mainly used in electric wire and cable manufactures of electric power, communications industries etc. At present, our company has established two production lines for aluminum wire rod, whose production capacity is 65,000 metric tons, which can manage to produce pure & alloy aluminum wire rods for electric and mechanical wire rods for auto parallel flow tube. The product has characteristics of high conductivity, high strength, low electric loss and good corrosion resistance etc, which can satisfy the requirements of material and performance of super-high voltage overhead conductors.

This system traps the roasting produced fumes of pitch and tar applying the principle of electric precipitation. The purification rate of asphalt fumes achieves 93%, and soot purification efficiency achieves 97%.

It treats domestic sewage, by biological contact oxidation, to meet the requirement of Urban Sewage Reuse, Urban Miscellaneous Water Standard GB/T18920-2002. All treated water is used in plant as cooling water in production, flushing water in bathrooms, and for green belt sprinkling. Therefore, fresh water use will be reduced 450 thousand cubic meters annually.

The investment of this project is about 20 million Yuan; Calcinations of petroleum coke produced SO2 will be absorbed by the method of Ammonia-ammonium sulfate, and then generates agricultural ammonium sulfate fertilizer. Therefore, the discharge amount of SO2 was reduced more than 710 tons annually in the period of the 11^th five-year plan, and the integrated desulphurization efficiency of SO2 achieved 85%.
